General Purchase Policy
We want your purchasing experience to be as easy and efficient as possible. We want to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on the Masters At Work Store.

The Masters At Work Store accommodates your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Products purchased on the Masters At Work Store are subject to a shipping and handling charge which varies contingent upon the size of your order and shipping method selected. If your shipping total is not automatically calculated, we will notify you before charging your order to let you know how much shipping will cost.
We offer UPS Worldwide Express or Worldwide Expedited only to International addresses. These methods generally begin at $35.00 and an additional $5.95 per item depending on the delivery destination. Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days. If a shipping charge has not calculated on your order it may be due to UPS site server being down at that time your order was placed. If this occurs we will contact you via email with the shipping charges for your order. Orders will not ship until a reply has been received.
Product Delivery
Please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your products. For express delivery orders, please allow at least 2 business days.
For PRE-ORDERS please note that we will hold your entire order until the release date before shipping.
International Order Processing; VAT & Other Charges
International orders are always welcome. When you place your order you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge the estimated total amount plus a minimum allowance for shipping of $30 and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. If we do not receive your fax your order will be deleted automatically after 3 days.

If you are purchasing products outside the U.S. or Canada, you must provide an email address, along with a local telephone number where you can be contacted. When ordering goods from mastersatworkinc.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance (including but not limited to VAT) must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from the Masters At Work Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.All prices quoted and charged are in U.S. currency.
We require a minimum order of $50 for all International orders.
Refunds
It is our policy not to issue refunds.
Exchanges
MAW will happily exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In order to process an exchange, the following requirements must be met:
- Include your receipt (packing slip).
- Return within 14 days of shipment date (on packing slip).
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
Financial information that is collected is used to check your qualifications and bill you for products and services. Unique identifiers are collected from you to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. We will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without your prior consent. When you make a purchase on the Site, your consent is given to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, including but not limited to credit card companies and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf.
